As part of my role at the Rapid Innovation Unit, I had the privilege of leading a project in collaboration with Milford Palliative Day Care.

The team at Milford approached us with a simple but important request: to create a short video for their website and for potential patients. Entering palliative day care can often feel daunting, and they wanted a way to gently show that the service is welcoming, supportive, and far less intimidating than people might fear.

I worked closely with the Milford team to develop a video that reflects the warmth and care they provide every day, helping to reassure patients and families as they take this step.
